What is the FIEL (e.firma)?
The Advanced Electronic Signature (FIEL or e.firma) is a set of data attached to an electronic message, whose purpose is to identify the message sender as its legitimate author, just as if it were a handwritten signature.
Due to its characteristics, the FIEL (e.firma) provides security for taxpayers electronic transactions; its use allows for the identification of the message author and verification that it has not been modified.
Its design is based on international Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) standards.
