Stamping - Primary Sector

(Agriculture, forestry, livestock and fishing)

The following document describes the stamping process established by Solución Factible® CFDI Issuance Service Provider through the acquirer of Goods or Services (PSECFDI) authorized by the SAT, which allows you to stamp electronic invoices if you are an acquirer of products from the Primary Sector (industrializer or marketer).

There are requirements that must be met before generating a digital tax receipt for the primary sector; please consult this information. Here

Stamping process

The request to stamp a CFDI for the primary sector is made through the stamping WebService - Stamping Method as would normally be done for any other electronic invoice; however, the SAT requires the generation of a special query that can be obtained in 2 different ways:

  • Send the .cer file, .key, and password to Solución Factible® to generate the query (remote).
  • Generate the primary sector query (local).

Note: If the stamping process is completed successfully, in addition to the Digital Tax Stamp, the digital tax receipt returned by the Webservice will have been stamped by Solución Factible®, so that the values of the attributes sello, certificado y noCertificado they will also be assigned by Solución Factible®. To ensure that the CFDI for the Primary Sector that you store are valid, consider using the CFDI that Solución Factible® returns, not just the Digital Tax Stamp.

The special seal generated by Solución Factible® refers to rule II.2.5.3.1. of the same RMF for 2013 (Part 2) where it states: "For the purposes of the certification and verification process of the CFDI referred to in rule II.2.5.2.4., sections III and IV, the supplier must validate that the CESD referred to in section II of this rule, which will be used to seal the document, was valid at the time of generating the CFDI and has not been canceled, as well as that the digital seal corresponds to the document being certified."

Generate the query remotely

You must include cfdi:Addenda the CSD public key file (.cer), as well as the private key and password, following the primary sector XSD scheme the files must be encoded in Base64.

You can obtain the query locally; to do this you must construct an XML file with the root named ConsultaSectorPrimario which must include the following elements as attributes: rfcEmisor, rfcPrestadorAutorizado, rfcReceptor y tsSolicitud, Once this data has been obtained, it must be signed with your private key.

For instructions on how to create the signature, please visit the following external link: XML Signature Syntax and Processing,
To validate your signature, please visit: Verificador de Firma digital XML,

Una vez generada la consulta ésta deberá ser incluida entre el elemento cfdi:Addenda como se muestra en el ejemplo a continuación:
